3D CGI animation video for a commercial leasing pitch of 123 Albert Street, Brisbane. This 2 min video animation started with external views of the building representing key components and spaces of the building via motion graphics and titles. An internal concept fit-out was represented by means of an animated ‘slide-out’ of the entire floor from the building. The video continued to represent other facade and lobby design concepts.
