3D CGI animation video for a commercial leasing pitch of 205 N Quay, Brisbane. This 2 min video started with urban content aerial video with titles and motion graphics. An internal concept fit-out was represented by means of a 3D CGI animated ‘slide-out’ of the entire floor from the building.
