Interactive 3D Floor Plans for Off-the-plan Property Developments

Check out our recent interactive 3D floor plan project for a new 27 apartment, 5 level residential development in Brisbane.

The project scope for Ponsford property developers was to convert all the 2D floor plans into Interactive 3D models. These models were to be viewed via their marketing website by a 3D rendered hero image (supplied).

The result was a stunning interactive 3D floor plan viewer that allows users to select an apartment to view and explore in interactive 3D. This standalone viewer will be embedded into Ponsord’s website to offer clients a true unique way to explore and understand the layout/function of the apartment spaces.
