We recently completed a complete 3D marketing solution for Serene Living, luxury retirement living, apartments in Tweed, NSW. This project included an interactive building explorer allowing users to explore with photographic 3D tours and interactive rendered 3D floor plan models. The sales team use the interactive explorer with their iPad’s and large screen TV’s in conferences around the country. The team can also demonstrate apartments and facilities via virtual reality (VR) headsets which is a huge hit with the older generation.
